GLOSSARY

Working days - all days of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

The delivery time - the time in which store processes the order and forward it to the carrier chosen by the customer in a delivery form

Client/customer - a natural or legal person making purchases in the store, with an account of the customer;

Customer Account - database containing customer data used for execution of placed orders, order history, customer preferences on selected functionality store data on payments and overpayments due to orders.

SUBMISSION AND EXECUTION OF ORDERS

1. Orders can be placed in online store at www.royaltyline-shop.com

2. The basic condition for the realization of purchases is to properly fill in the order form, made available on the online store.

3. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year.

4. To place an order, the Customer must:

- Choose the ordered goods

- Choose the method of delivery and the delivery address and the address for invoice (which may be different than delivery addresses)

- Choose the payment method.

5. In case of unavailability of the goods covered by the order in a warehouse at the shop's suppliers or other reasons preventing the execution of the contract within the time provided by the contract (e.g. Delay of delivery by suppliers of the store), customer is informed about the status of their  order and decide on the implementation method . The customer has the following options:

- Partial implementation – the shop will process the order for exclusively available goods and is released from the obligation to implement the order for unavailable goods.

- Canceling the whole order – the shop will be released from obligation of the order implementation

6. Evidence of purchase is an invoice or individual receipt that is sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer at the time of registration. It will be sent within 3 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

7. Royalty Line reserves the right to refuse an order if:

- The store support is not able to verify the order through telephone or mail,

- Shop regulations are not respected.

8. All prices shown on the shop’s website of Royalty Line include VAT; they are expressed in Euros and Pounds Sterling and are valid at the time of the order.

 

TIME OF COMPLETION

1. Each product has the estimated time of preparation for shipment. This is the time that elapses between acceptance of an order for the transfer of parcels from the Store to the carrier conducting the delivery, including only working days. An order for goods that have different time of preparation is sent at the time of completion of the entire order. Shipping time is determined by the product with the longest lead time.

 

PAYMENT FOR GOODS AND DELIVERY

1. Purchased goods are delivered to the address indicated on the order form.

2. The customer has the right to choose the method of delivery, according to the order form.

3. The ordered goods are delivered by the professional couriers. The buyer is charged for delivery specified in the delivery price list published on the website

4. Delivery time depends on the courier service and is at least 24 hours. All of these terms refer to working days.

6. After paying the fee the customer has the right to inspect the contents of the consignment in the presence of the provider, in order to verify that there has been no damage to the goods during transport.

7. If the verification of the parcel will find that it is damaged or missing parts of ordered goods, a protocol should be drawn up in the presence of the courier, which will be the basis for claims.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. In accordance with the law of the buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of the purchase.

2. To withdraw from the agreement concluded on the shop, Seller must submit appropriate statement of intent that should be sent to e-mail: shop@royaltyline-shop.com. The buyer may use the withdrawal template given below. Shipment must be given to the address of the Royalty Line Europe INOX Import-Export Trade, based in

4. The returned item should be returned or transferred to the address: Royalty Line Europe INOX Import-Export Trade, based in Muskauer Straße 94 DE-02957 Krauschwitz Germany, not later than 14 days from the date on which the Buyer has informed the Seller to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the buyer returns the item before the period of 14 days.

5. The buyer bears the direct cost of returning things in connection to the withdrawal. Returned goods in connection to the withdrawal, the goods must be complete (with full equipment and accessories, forming an integral part). They must be adequately protected so as to prevent damage in transit.

6. Repayment for returned goods will be made to the bank account indicted by the customer within 7 days from the date of returned goods reaching the company of the Royalty Line Europe INOX Import-Export Trade.

 

RETURN OF DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

1. The customer has the right to check the contents of the shipment after receiving a package from the carrier. In case of damage to the contents of the shipment the customer has the right to write damage protocol in the presence of the courier. If the damage is found after the courier left the customer should call the courier company and ask the courier to come in order to write the damage protocol.

3. Please DO NOT send back the damaged or faulty items before contacting complaint department. Complaints department will inform you how the complaint will be implemented (e.g. : sending elements, the replacement of goods etc.).

4. Correctly filed complaint should contain at least the following:

        - Order number,

        - Buyer’s first and last name,

        - Buyer’s address, e-mail address,

        - The date of order,

        - Purchase document,

        - The number or description of the item of the complaint, indicating the purchaser's request,

        - Any circumstance justifying the complaint.

5. If given in the complaint data or information need to be supplemented, the customer will be asked to complement it before the complaint support can examine the complaint. Seller shall examine the complaint within 14 days of receiving the complete complaint form. The answer to the complaint is sent to the e-mail or correspondence address specified by the Buyer.

6. In case of any irregularities ascertained a re-shipment of the goods, reimbursement or other form of recognition of complaint relevant to a particular situation will be made. The costs of re-shipment in case of recognized complaint will be paid by the Royalty Line. In case of refund it will be paid at customer's bank account within 7 days of receipt of returned items.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

1. RoyaltyLine.com protects all personal data that have been obtained as a result of its operations in accordance with applicable law. Detailed rules are determined by Royalty Privacy Policy and Terms of Service of Royalty Line.com

2. The customer making the purchase in the shop agrees to add their email address to the base of the Royalty Line mailing base to organized marketing campaigns.

3. As part of our website we use cookies to provide you with services at the highest level, including a manner tailored to individual needs.
