Privacy Policy

 

1. General provisions


1.1. The administrator of personal data collected through the Online Store is Royalty Line Poland Ltd., based in Wschowa, at Konradowska 1 F, 67-400 Wschowa. Registered in  National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Zielona Góra, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000540729, NIP: 4970081567, REGON: 360626255, hereinafter referred to as "Company".

1.2. The Client's personal data is processed in accordance with the Act on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 883, as amended.) (hereinafter referred to as: the Act on Personal Data Protection) and the Act on provision of electronic services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

1.3. In order to protect the interests of people who provide their data, the Administrator declares that all information is collected and processed by him in clearly marked purposes and in accordance with the law. The data is truthful and factually correct, as well as relevant to the purposes for which it is collected and processed. The Administrator also ensures that the data is collected in such a form that it is possible to identify the persons to whom the data refer and is stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.

 

2. The purpose of data collection and data recioients.


2.1. The purpose, as well as the scope of collection and processing of data by the Online Store results from the Customer's actions, made for example in connection with the purchase and shipment of goods or after sales-service.

2.2. The purposes for which Customer data is collected by the Online Store:

a ) conclusion and implementation of the Sales Agreement or the Electronic Services Provision Agreement;

b) setting up the Customer's account;

c) expressing an opinion on the Order placed in the Online Store

2.3. Possible recipients of the Clients' personal data:

a ) the Administrator provides the personal data collected to the chosen carrier company or the carrier delivering packages on behalf of the Administrator, what is necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the Sales Agreement;

b) The Administrator also provides the Customer's personal data to the entity that supports a system of a opinion poll

2.4. The Administrator can process the following personal data of the Customers or the Clients who use the Online Store: name and surname; e-mail address; contact phone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, post  code, city, country), address of residence/business/establishment (if different from the delivery address). For non-consumer Clients, the Administrator can also process the Client's company name and the tax identification number (NIP).

 

3. Cookies

3.1. When visiting the Online Store, Cookies (cookies) a small pieces of information in the form of text files sent by a server can be stored on the visitor's computer (e.g. on a hard drive, laptop, or smartphone on a memory card - depending on what device the visitor is using). It should be remembered that the cookie file does not allow identifying the user, but only allows the recording of data related to the user's activity in the Online Store.  It should be kept in mind, that the cookie file does not allow identifying the User, but only allows the recording of data related to the user's activity in the Online Store.

3.2.  The Administrator can process the data contained in Cookies during the visitor's use of the Online Store for the following purposes:

a) to identify the Clients as registered in the Online Store and show that they are logged in;

b) to memorize the Products added to cart to place an Order;

3.3.  By default, most web browsers available on the market accept Cookies. Everyone has the ability to determine the conditions for using Cookies by setting the browser. This means that you can, for example, partly limit (e.g. time) or completely disable the Cookie saving option - in the latter case, however, it may influence some of the functionalities of the Online Store (for example, it may be impossible to place an Order through the Order Form because the cart will not memorize the Products during the next steps for placing Orders).

3.4.  Internet browser settings related to Cookies are essential to use our Online Store - in accordance with the Regulations such consent may also be expressed through the Web browser settings. If no such consent is given, the Web browser settings should be accordingly changed with regard to Cookies. 4. Personal data protection

4.1. The entity responsible for the collection, processing and use of data within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 133, item 883, as amended) is  Royalty Line Polska Ltd. based in Wschowa, at: ul. Konradowska 1 F, 67-400 Wschowa. The company was entered into the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Zielona Góra, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000540729, NIP: 4970081567 (tax identification number), REGON: 360626255, hereinafter referred to as „Administrator” .

4.2. The Client may contact the Administrator by:

a ) sending appropriate message in writing at :

b ) via e-mail to the Administrator's  at:

4.3.  Providing personal data by the Client is voluntary but failing to provide the personal data set out at the Online Store and the Regulations that is necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the Sales Agreement or the Electronic Services Provision Agreement shall prohibit the conclusion of this Agreement.

4.4  Every person shall have the right to control the processing of data concerning the person contained in the Administrator's data set, and especially to require completion, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of its processing or removal if it is incomplete, outdated, incorrect or collected in violation of the law or is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

4.5  To exercise the rights referred to above, the Client may contact the Administrator's Inspector of Personal Data Protection by:

4.6. Personal data that the Customer provides to the Seller is in particular: name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number. At the time of placing an order, it is also possible to enter the invoice data. The e-mail address is used by the Seller as the main communication with the Customer and is necessary if the Customer opens an account in the Royalty Line Online Store.

4.7. The Seller intends to process the Client's data for purposes of:

a ) to complete the Orders placed in the Online Store, including the dispatch of the Goods to the address provided by the Customer;

b ) for consideration of complaints and accepting returns  on the basis of the right to withdraw, reimbursement of funds incurred with earlier purchase in the Online Store;

c ) the purpose of contacting the Client in matters related to the implementation of the Order, returns and complaints.

 

5. Final provisions

5.1. The Seller uses technical and organizational measures to protect personal data processed that are appropriate to the risks and categories of the data being protected, and, in particular, protects data against unauthorized disclosure, collection by an unauthorized person, processing with violation of existing regulations, change, loss, damage or destruction.

5.2. The Seller provide technical means in Online Store to secure the Client personal data, which are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This protocol ensures the confidentiality of data transmission via the Internet.
